MACHINE
The machines are supplied with overlapped tables up to eight tables of any dimension.
The basic characteristics are the following:
We decided to size the condensing units located on the work surface for an average vapour load. The remaining vapour is totally condensed in an external - patented - condenser, thus permitting the vacuum pump to work at maximum efficiency.
Hot water circulation in the tables is designed to provide maximum temperature uniformity on all tables surface. This permits perfect hide drying, without having parts with a different degree of humidity.
The tables are moved by hydraulic pistons and are supported by an independent frame that contains heat induced deformation and permits rapid maintenance. The fine and cross mesh and the vacuum seal are supported by an aluminium frame, independent from the table. This permits placing not only the fine mesh under tension, but also the medium mesh grill. This independent aluminium frame has no welding points and permits easy inspection, cleaning and the replacement of the grills and the mat.
