Wet blue sammying machine
Escomar Italia wanted to overcome any limit of stretching, speed and drying of wet-blue leather.
In collaboration with important customers and thanks to our experience, born the “PCR 7” Sammying machine.
The machine is equipped with:
– feeding conveyor for leather stretching, working in continuous and self centered;
– n. 1 spreading cylinder with independent regulation;
– three pressing independent bridges with 7 pressing cylinders and 5 pressing points on the leather;
– total hydraulic pressure adjustable up to 240 TONS about..
The high pressure, the big diameters of the cylinders and the working geometry, make this machine very powerful and suitable for wet blue sammying.
– Regulation and digital display of the speed;
– hydraulic drive with variable speed adjustment up to 30 mt/min;
– automatic system for the felts centering by means of hydraulic pistons;
– quick and simple replacement of the felts;
– automatic safety system conformed to the international standards;
– through feed band system particularly efficient in order to obtain a minimum consumption of the felts in spite of the high pressures and the high working speeds.
